Meet Taylor Pearce, Commercial Ag Relationship Manager

Meet Taylor Pearce! As a ninth-generation cattle rancher from Okeechobee County, Taylor Pearce understands the enormous impact agriculture has made on the Sunshine State. Taylor joined the Farm Credit of Florida team in December and is now settling into her role as a commercial ag loan officer with a mission of supporting the dreams of future generations of farmers and ranchers.
“One of my biggest motivators in joining Farm Credit of Florida was the culture of support that surrounds young ag producers,” she said. “The Association works to safeguard the future of our industry by offering financing to help small, beginning, and young farmers and ranchers experience the rich traditions of agriculture. These efforts are preserving this lifestyle for generations to come.”
With a diverse range of industry involvement, Taylor has focused her academic and professional career on agriculture education, natural resource conservation, and organizational strategy. She earned a bachelor's degree in animal sciences from the University of Florida and a master’s in international agriculture with a focus on rural entrepreneurship from Oklahoma State University.
Before joining our team, Taylor was the membership engagement coordinator for the Georgia Cattlemen’s Association, where she was responsible for member acquisition and retention, educational program development, event planning and fundraising. She also spent several years in internship roles with Strickland Exports, Florida Cattle Ranchers LLC., and the Seminole Tribe of Florida.
