Meet Kaylee Pate, Lifestyle Lending Relationship Manager

Meet Kaylee Pate! Kaylee joined the Farm Credit of Florida team in May 2023 as a loan specialist and was promoted in December to become a relationship officer serving farmers and rural customers at our Trenton Branch. 

Kaylee brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our organization. Prior to joining us, Kaylee served as an agreement & outreach coordinator with the Association of Florida Conservation Districts where she worked alongside farmers and producers on soil and water conservation initiatives. "Working closely with farmers and producers in ag conservation was incredibly rewarding,” Kaylee said. “I loved having the opportunity to provide support and help be a voice for Florida Agriculture.”

She also worked as a closing agent with Security Title Services in Trenton; as an administrative assistant with the Levy County Board of Commissioners; and as a customer service representative with Drummond Community Bank, which was recently acquired by Seacoast Bank.

Kaylee grew up in Chiefland, Florida, and has a deep appreciation for rural life. “With Farm Credit, I am in the unique position to support agriculture and our rural communities by providing them with the resources they need to get started and overcome challenges,” she said. “I joined Farm Credit of Florida because this Association cares deeply about its customers and employees.”
