Meet Brad Bruner, Commercial Ag Relationship Manager

Brad joined our team as a Commercial Ag Relationship Officer in October and has quickly proven himself as a valuable addition to Farm Credit of Florida. He brings a wealth of financial and agriculture experience to our team and has been busy sharing his expertise with customers in our Alachua and Trenton branches.

Brad’s impressive banking resume spans more than two decades and covers an assortment of financial topics, including new business development, underwriting, commercial credit analysis, risk mitigation, commercial and residential financing, and cash management solutions.

Brad also has extensive ag experience. He and his family run their own cattle operation in their hometown of Chiefland, Florida. In fact, Brad’s agricultural roots can be traced back to his high school years in Winter Haven, Florida, when his agricultural teacher introduced him to the Future Farmers of America (FFA) program. Brad began by showing cattle and has been involved with agriculture ever since.

At Farm Credit of Florida, we believe in building meaningful relationships with our members, especially during challenging times. Brad understands the importance of this philosophy and shares our organization’s core values.

“People do business with people, not businesses,” Brad said. “The best conversations happen at the kitchen table or leaning against a truck bed. It is important to build a relationship of trust with customers and help them reach mutually beneficial solutions.”

“I’m grateful to work alongside my fellow Farm Credit team members, all of whom recognize the importance of treating each of our customers as individuals with unique needs,” he added. “I look forward to providing them with the solutions they need to run a successful operation.”

Brad’s experience and understanding of relationship lending make him an asset to our organization. We are proud to have him as part of our team! If you'd like to talk with Brad and discuss how Farm Credit of Florida can help your operation, please give him a call at (352) 414-7601. NMLS #: 806249
