The selected candidate for this position will perform a wide range of activities which includes the following tasks:

  • Clear invoice exceptions
  • Route invoice to proper workflows
  • Monitor approver queues and delinquent approver reports
  • Obtain documentation for new vendors
  • Review expense reports for proper approval
  • Perform accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
  • Process expense reports

 

 

Requirements

To qualify for this position, candidates should possess the following attributes:

  • Self-motivated
  • Well organized
  • Capable of dealing with confidential information
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • PC proficiency with Microsoft products
  • Accounting Degree or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of accounting and/or bookkeeping experience
